In partnership with Gullah Swim Academy, The Clubhouse is pleased to offer swimming lessons for active members.
Lessons are for children 3 and up and placements will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Class sizes are limited to ensure quality instruction and Gullah swim academy specializes in teaching beginners thru intermediate levels (stroke and form introduction).
The lessons will be held on Tuesday mornings July 8, 15, 22, and 29 in the following groups:
9:00-9:30, Ages 3-5
9:30-10, Ages 3-5
10:00-10:30, Ages 6-10
10:30-11:00, Ages 6-10
11:00-11:30, Ages 11-14
11:30-12:00, Ages 11-14 (Intermediate)
12:00-12:45, 15 and up (yes, adults are welcome)
If you would like to participate, you must:
1. Be an active member with The Clubhouse (you can apply at www.theclubhousehollyhill.com/join). A standard membership is all that is required, but you are welcome to apply for a pool pass if there are any available.
2. Register directly with Gullah Swim Academy at www.gullahswim.com/registration. The cost for all 4 classes per person is $80.
On the day of each lesson, please arrive 10 minutes in advance of your class, so you can ensure your child has used the restroom, showered off, and is ready for roll call.
